Traditional RCTs are costly and slow but adaptive trials are designed to identify effective therapies more quickly. The Clinical Trials panel brought together Moderator Clifton Leaf, Fortune Magazine, Brian Alexander, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Amy McKee, FDA’s Oncology Center of Excellence, and Laura Pierce, Cancer Research Institute, to discuss the master protocols.
